Ann: Huayou Cobalt Group Increases Shareholding in AVZ, page-95

Having had some experience on HC and on this AVZ thread, it pays to weigh up all [most] threads whether positive or negative.

@eshmun thread is neither but it does poes a very salient point, which if honest I had missed myself. Why is AVZ reporting to the ASX this news, why if you will is AVZ doing their bidding for want of a better word ?
Also, by making this Ann has AVZ violated any confidentiality, or even discussed or got approval from Huayou - not on a witch hunt and am sure AVZ has discussed with Huayou, but it does beg the question - why an announcement in this manner ??
