Correct its up to the substantial holders to report all related entities on their change in holding notices - arms length "friends" using nom accounts are flying under the radar- still not much happening as there appears to be just a bit of mopping up the falling fruit- the bulls are not over whelming the bears with line wipes since the cap raise.
