What's the consequence of the issue you are struggling at?
There're plenty of breaches of substantial holder disclosures by shareholders, director interest reporting, and serious breaches, i.e. BIG, faking accounting reports, AMP, charging millions of dollars for services not provided... If you really wanna help ASX and/or ASIC, should have a look at these cases which would really result in something that is meaningful to mum & dad investors.
