If a legally reportable decrease of 1.79% (still need to check) in Huayou's relevant interest in AVZ has actually occurred and not been reported by Huayou pursuant to law (still need to check and wait a day or two to comfirm this) do you think yesterday's announcement stating that Huayou have increased their shareholding in AVZ gives a fair represenation of the situation. Sure they may have bought some shares on market since having been diluted by the CR (still need to check) but to say they have increased their shareholding when the legal requirement would actually necessitate a disclosure stating the oppposite, seems wrong to me.Esh
