If that is the last substantial holder notice Huayou have filed then their relevant interest in AVZ has actually fallen by 1.79% and they will need to file a notice under the corporations law to ASX very soon, that's if AVZ's annoucement yesterday is accurate. Clearly if this is the last substantial holder notice filed by Huayou then AVZ's annoucement yesterday is inaccurate as it said Huayou had increased its holding.
Does anyone know if the notice in the post above is actually the latest substantial holder notice filed by Huayou to the ASX? Esh
