From Appendix E:
"... the company has been left with a clean Statement of Financial Position comprising A$1.25m cash and the only liability being sundry creditors of approximately A$120,000."
No receivers appointed here. We have >$1m cash, though. Better to have removed ourselves from a new deal if it wasn't right, imo.
