One would think you are locked in as a shareholder of GCR.
GCR holders were given the option to accept the HQ offer or do nothing and continue to hold.
HQ Mining could hardly find the money to pay those that accepted, so one would hardly think they would be willing to make the offer to all and sundry especially as GCR shares are now currently close to worthless.
