An enquiry should be held by WOW [through an independent retired Supreme Court Judge], into the entire process of how the "home improvement" business was both set-up and run....and clearly now also exited.
The entire process has been clearly - for a long established leading blue chip business - a shambles, that has cost us billions! Usually, I run a mile from "enquiries" but the answers given, thus far, are simply not adequate!
