    Whether institutions are directly controlling prices in the resource sector or not, by looking through their eyes you can see that the current bear market is an opportunity, and it's unsurprising lots of 'substantial holder' notices are coming out. The brokers would say that most companies were overvalued Dec-Jan, and now are becoming a buy.
