NSP won't be controlling the JV. In fact it may see its share further diluted in the event additional capital is required. How will the board protect NSP shareholders? How will they ultimately derive value for NSP shareholders?
Without knowing the full details of the deal, it feels like there is a significant risk that current or prospective new NSP shareholders are going to be left short changed. I'd rather buy into the new JV to be honest that's where the money will be.
Doubtful the share price will move much unless there is clarity about the deal structure and what it really means for NSP shareholders.
