    re: Ann: HOA to establish Singapore Plasma Fr... Fundamentally, it could be argued that NUSEP is worth a minimum of $25 million according to the HOA. The current market capitalisation is a paltry $4 million.

    My share price estimate is way northwards of here - especially given that no capital raising is required until 2013. By which time, the implementation of the strategic plan will be well underway.

    Personally, this is a huge announcement but the market has not reacted in any great way.

    Any thoughts from anyone else?
