Sydney, who gave you the idea that paying them now for what they might make later was in any way right? They should get paid AFTER they deliver, not before. And as Kosenar pointed out, these guys record is abysmal, at the least. If history is any guide, they won't deliver on this one. The more we don't hear suggest the more likelyhood that the who thing will fail.

And then you say "let bygones be bygones"? This money may have been taken based on a false revaluation of assets and the shifting of expenses to 'capital' and if so it was not earned morrally, rather it was taken from shareholders and from the investments in SpermSep & PRIME.

I gotta say, Syd, sounds like your words are coming straight from the management!
