I still urge all shareholders of BHD to act on this post below.  This is a genuine attempt by a shareholder to get a class action going and there are already many people who have contacted them.

Maurice Blackburn are aware of the case and need to know how many affected shareholders are willing to participate in order to know whether it's viable for them to take the case.  Contacting them will not cost you anything other than the time it takes you to make the phone call or complete the web form.  

ASIC are also aware of the case but right now it's a tiny blip on their radar.  The more people that lodge a complaint with them and the bigger the collective financial loss in question, the bigger that tiny blip on their radar becomes.
