just as an aside- did you know that you can buy reco Prius batteries and bung them in yourself?

i saw it on YouTube- they have great warranties and are relatively much cheaper than ditching your old Prius or going to Toyota, which has been the bugbear of people purchasing Prius cars!

theoretically, the drivetrain should be capable of at least 500,000K!

sorry to rub it in at such a delicate time, but remember this- you were warned countless times, so use this experience as a learning curve!
