Hey CP,

Love the above but I don't think a tax on consumers re CO2 emissions will happen, that'd be political suicide I believe and a step too far. A recession on the other hand may be on the cards but if that happens I don't think it'll affect fuel consumption as such, people will still need to drive their cars. If anything it'll further dampen new cars sales and it won't help increase EV sales IMHO.

Whilst I do think EV is the future, I just don't think the economics are there at the moment to warrant a mass exodus towards EV IMHO.......It'll still take at least another 10 years for this to happen.
