EXL have been making all the right investments both in scaling plant production and increasing production capacity with a new facility, so the timing could not be more perfect for their business.
This also will take away all ambiguity and grey area that the business has had to explain to both customers and investors in the past. Will allow big money to get involved...
The freedom (federally prohibited before) to now advertise on normal mediums and Facebook etc will make the products more mainstream..
