I haven't closely read the AR's ......only briefly. I haven't seen any initial cash payment from wow to hil when this deal was announc (i.e. - transfer of pp&e). If wow shuts masters, one would imagine that HIL would get its "manufacturing rights" back .......would any cash need to be paid ?

the announc re trading update suggests FFO is not a whole lot .....I rekon that is why the facilities got "adjusted" ......hopefully HIL management is mart enough to extricate itself from this mess ..
