I am right about the history - I read the reports. I attended the SH meetings when I was a holder and spoke to the executives who headed what was then the three key business units. No, I was not an employee. It's just that when strategies and actioned, set by the Chairman, that decimate the business and years later the same Chairman remains at the helm and the once iconic business is a basket case and there is no shareholder revolt - nothing - I become more disillusioned about our reaction to corporate incompetence. And yes, I have other holdings but do not comment on them on HC. None of my other holdings have lost 75% of their sales, lost thousands of staff, and failed to deliver a profit or dividend for years so no comment is needed.
