As for Hills, the last three years of restructuring is a sad indictment of how the Board had previously run down the company. How heads haven’t rolled for that on the Board is beyond me. It’s hard to see instos really getting behind the company until changes are made.

David Lenz and his operational team also need to deliver this year.
