Not quite how I remember the meeting, yes a representative but what I recall is that he was from  the Australian Shareholders Association, and he agreed about the remuneration part of the voting, but when it came to voting on Jennifer Hill-ling he said words to the effect of that there was no way they could vote for her and they had advised their member to vote against her reelection as she should be punished for her poor decisions in the past like spending around $200 million on companies only worth about $80 million etc.
