Making things up again Vendor. The SP had already gone up with solid buying pre announcement. Another thing they released this after bleeding dry, far past the point of 'bleeding'. SP had gone down over 50% in two weeks. This was not a stopping the bleeding event more likely at a time when interested parties had loaded up though I have always thought hills to be an honest business but I know how the game works.
