didnt say it was a good company,(however many good companies make announcements mid stream)
Look at the circumstances!! He needed to act mid stream!!
The company was smashed to 13 cents and needed something to stop the bleeding, thats what the CEO has done and needed to do!!
He has stopped speculation, managed expectations and has put a floor under the share price!!
Would you have just let the price fall??
