There won't be much, if any shareholder value ever in this business now. Those days are gone. The previous CEO/ MD de-structured (not re-structured or “transformed”) the business, removed its competitive advantage, removed its footprint, had its competence and experience resign, lost most of its key agencies as a result, and sold its IP for the short-term sugar hit to the numbers and it's now a centralised, low margin distributor like everyone else. The new CEO may be able to have it make a modest profit, but it will never be the star it once was. The electronics and communications businesses would easily be delivering more than $500+M in sales by now if they had been left alone. The whole company turnover is half that.
