I cannot believe the Board and Management are going to remove...

I cannot believe the Board and Management are going to remove the heads of each business unit and run a centralized structure in the name of overhead savings. If they allow this to happen its will clearly demonstrate their lack of any business acumen, as if I had any doubt!!!
Please don't please hire a CEO who knows what he is doing, then overtime replace those who are keeping a seat warm (at best) in the boardroom. Its the only hope. I brought at .93 cents and sold at .30 cents (I turned $100K into a small lunch), now I watch to see how else they can make this a small business.
