I think that it's implicit in the declining turnover that they are losing more customers than they are winning.
Darkest before the dawn. It's no bad thing that they lose the grandiose BS of " We are the iconic Hills ". Pity that the CEO's salary is double what a group of this size and profitability merits, but if he gets it right I guess that all will be forgiven.
Re the bank, I don't think that it's terminal. They should be able to release at least $5m, hopefully more, from working capital and asset sales. A $400m sales group will not go bust for $30m when it has $30m of net current assets.
