As Hills purchased the leading company in aged care (Questek) that already had a dementia system I'm thinking you have simply decided to finally have a look at what you actually purchased and than copy it to work on the Merlon Nurse call system and slap a Hills Sticker on it. Well done.

Your excited to tell us you've employed an Ex Rauland Australia employee. Looking at his linked In profile tells us he has already worked for you for 3 months. (please share the results) I also note he went from being the general manager of Rauland to being a BDM. Sounds like you've picked up a forward thinking employee... Rauland may even be happy that he left..   

Your running that business like a small private company with no one to answer to and its coming to a slow end. Announcements like this are just useless attempts to slow the SP fall. Give us a list of your past 12 major projects in the last 12 months that haven't been won by Ex employees or inherited with the purchase of the Health Business's.  Give us details of new rental systems that have been renewed, installed or upgraded.... Something to help us see your heading the right direction. If you cant show this then its clear you truly haven't done anything in the right direction.

And Again - Well done for employing someone. I hope you didn't make 5 people redundant to do so..
