Who knows how to pick stocks day to day - HIL trades on low volume and is extremely volatile. Both up and down!
So what has actually changed in recent weeks?
* 14/4 - Hills advised the market its curent trading is better than expected
* 2/5 - Hills advises market that it's managed to refinance its exisiting debt
Given the market expected HIL's to struggle to refinance its existing debt (with CR highly likely), both of the above developments were very positive
Does that mean HIL's should be trading at $0.35 p/s? Maybe. I didn't think so, but I've been wrong many times before...However, equally HIL's didn't deserve to trade at $0.12 p/s post these developments.
Markets always overshoot on the upside and downside during periods of uncertainty.
