I have not been following the weather in the Victorian Alps, so if there are delays then a "Progress has been slower than forecast due to inclement weather but we were smart enough to write the contract so costs will remain within budget" would suffice.

Significant visible mineralisation should be, by definition, reportable.

I have a lot of patience for managements that keep their small shareholders informed. Progress announcements are surely also a very cheap way of growing investor awareness that this stock exists amongst the thousands of other spec hopefuls that they could be gambling on.
