Dived in around a week ago (and extremely happy that I did) once I saw the share price go absolutely nowhere on the back of the Hikvision partnership.
If we take a glance at their revenues it easy to see why this is being re-rated.
- $6M USD in Sales over 3 years through their partnership with Alrena.
- Israel Tenders with undisclosed revenues to commence late 2017
- Continued upgrades from existing customers including from South Africa and Indonesia
- Blue Sky with Hikvision who have revenues of $4.7B US per year - as we know ElSight’s technology is for communications products on the move (COTM) - this refers to portable PTZ cameras, wearable cameras and mobile recorders. I can imagine a subscription fee for the C&C platform plus revenue from selling all their multichannel units.
Top 20 hold around 80% of the free float, aggressive performance milestones are set along with a CEO owning a large chunk of the stock.
$2.6M in cash with anticipated $888K outflow next quarter (Revenue last quarter was $420K), so yes should be positive in no time.
Sounds to me if the company would rather see the numbers in the 4C do the talking.
