Is no-one perplexed that a military tech provider developed out of a major US Ally (who was apparently previously prevented from exporting their super special tech outside Israel) is signing up a strategic technology partnership with a Chinese State controlled company
No denying HikVision is a big player in the CCTV and camera space worldwide, I just find the announcement a bit odd.
