So, AUR $.048 x 407.785m shares = MC of $19.57m
SFR $6.54 x 159.222m = MC of$1,041m
AUR's MC is 1.88/100ths (1.88%) that of SFR's.
What would SFR have to offer in order to get the interest of say Michael Fotios, Rob Martin, Peter Newton and Gary Castledine? I couldn't see it as being less than 15c a share. That would mean a minimum offer $61m or so. SFR could afford to pay that in cash, but imo it would offer scrip as well. I'd take scrip. I'd still like to have an interest in the Bryah exploration. I also think that SFR has good interests elsewhere.
