These things never have 100% uptake from retail holders though, and those who do take it up often don't apply for the full $15k. Particularly if people do that calculation and decide it's not worth applying. And there should be no admin cost - the only cost to retail holders should be the time value of the money for the time it takes for them to return the oversubscription.

I'll wait and see what the share price is doing by close of the offer anyway.
