Yeah this development is just going to be a cash cow. It's right next to the pipeline so connection is negligible, initial well costs are sunk, the only cost is the gas plant. And the wells are just mind-blowing. Even Senecio-3, the discovery well, flowed 12 MMscfd. That by itself is an outstanding result in the onshore Perth Basin but nobody even mentions it now because it's been dwarfed by all four Waitsia wells.

As I have said previously Waitsia Stage 2 is pretty much built into the share price already but what's changed is Stage 2 is now just the beginning. There is already enough gas proved to at least double this and on top of that, the exploration potential of the other deep fields is looking excellent too.
