When the ducks are quacking you feed them. I would imagine the company will be getting all sorts of offers to raise capital from smart investors after this announcement. The lack of following on this forum so far says to me this in under the radar for punters = plenty of upside when they catch up. Pretty good day with the volume through, a good reset at these prices. The MC is nothing, the upside is dollars not cents IF 1 or 2 of these many targets comes good. Still a lot of work to do and a bit of luck required but this has got to be one of the best value stories on the market at this time.
