Yes RW is an interesting one. There is not a hint of pizazz or salesmanship with the company rather a more librarian feel about the outcomes it is achieving.
Sometimes you need a salesman to generate the excitement and get people wanting more, in order to get the SP up. Perhaps another addition to the company or board may be able to do so.
