Its the magnetite concentrate that has the upgraded vanadium content, subsequent processing of that is the more expensive part of the V205 recovery.
Airijoki good drills and gets even better at depth.
Perhaps you only read one of the drills. plenty of good intersections much higher than 0.3 anyway.
