Thats even better than going through DSO. ! the return off these low base levels, offering many bags then imo, pretty hard to find in a bear market.
There would be some dilution if we had to go DSO, for capex. So the alternate route of taken over may represent more EPS ?
Am keen to add options as well for leverage.
