New shares would prob need to be issued at a big discount to current value (particulrly given current market sentiment)

End result is a mine can be financed but current shareholders may see value of their shareholdings significantly eroded

Tony would be MD of a larger company. A producer rather just an explorer. This is what he has said he wants to achieve
