Well worded Kalenn and well informed FACTUAL information.There are too many uninformed opinions (Most of which do not hold stock) putting their 2 bobs worth, which of course they are entitled to do.
IMO the proof will be in the pudding. Once CAY management, together with the support crew of Tolga and the likes progress this into action, ALL CAY shareholders will reap the rewards. Not just the ones at the top of the food chain.
There has been corruption in all governments in the past, and yes some have benefited greatly from previous experiences with other companies, but I do believe this has taken over 3 years to get it to this point, the right way, just to get the exploration permit for this project, and progress things to the next stage.
CAY are not just building a mine, they are creating jobs for the local people. Its a win for shareholders, the Cameroon Government and the local people.
