What is the breakdown of your estimate of US$30 / t and how did you arrive at the component costs?
The CAY 2014 study of the rail which only considered a production rate of 1 Mtpa said it "appears suitable to carry bauxite for at least the initial stage of mine development without major investment on track infrastructure."
The rail component of the AVZ transport cost is on a multi-user rail line currently in operation.
The density of gibbsite is not the density of the ore which is 1.8 t / m3 according to the resource estimate. Rail car volume is adjusted to the density of the material otherwise a lot of useless steel is transported back and forth - see picture of a Pilbara consist.
