You ended you post with the following sentence, "I doubt more higher quality resource will add much for the moment, have a few other stocks like this, its going to be more about deals on infrastructure and deals on funding, etc DYOR". 

My take is that you are spot on in that regard and if there is any hint of infrastructure being implemented, acted upon or fast tracked, it will be a huge sign to the market that a tier 1 mine is about to be born.

Its important to stay ahead of the curve and anticipate what is happening. We know that Mota-Engil have entered into an arrangement with CAY in relation to rail infrastructure. Lets see what transpires and if it becomes apparent that the final piece of rail which is required to link existing rail line to port, then its certainly game on (IMO).
