Gibbsite density is considerably higher and the ore is also a substantial percentage of Fe.
Why do you mention AVZ? I'm no expert on their project but don't they have to build a virgin rail system for their exclusive use?
Once again, I strongly suggest if you are seriously interested you attend the AGM on Friday and ask the questions you have.
