What will they need capital for?  How much will they need?  I don't see large capital raises coming. I do see large share price rises coming. We had a statement from the company that they have sufficient capital to get them through to end of 2019. Yes, that means they will likely raise some before then to keep the bank balance comfortable but a project of this nature is HIGHLY likely to secure attractive dept finance for whatever is needed. On my numbers, their pay-back period is less than 12 months on that borrowed money. 

It's also a simple project, DSO, direct ship ore. with most of the existing heavy duty rail needed in place and looking for clients.

So let's keep it real
