I didn't take up my 1 cent entitlement but holding some shares at 2 cents each. I held because the market cap is so low. it is just a shell. soon, there will be 232,290,000 shares on issue. $2m in cash, with $715k spend this quarter on who knows what. the admin expense is too high on this, given these guys run many companies. at one cent, the market cap is $2.3m. imo, there is no point selling. new project to be announced in a few days. it could result in more dilution. regards.
