Yes if  nickel laterites in Oz (not in the tropics)  were worth mining Heron (HRR ) would have been doing it years ago , but after years of research could not find a cheap enough processing route away from HPAL 

as CAV stated "The strong Ni and Co mineralisation is considered torepresent a significant commercial development opportunity, subject to defining a suitable low-costmining operation and processing facility." At least some other punters on here are aware of that , and are not gullible to the announcement
