The company did just that, they informed all share holders of the chance to sell at no cost to the holders, a letter was sent out informing of the closing date for the offer and the price (.027c) the SH had to notify the company if the did not want to sell, those that didn't notify had their shares sold, as it turned out at a higher price (.034c)
I was one of those that did not notify the company and my shares disappeared from my portfolio,
because I did not receive my notification letter due to shifting house and forgot to update my CHESS
records.
I emailed SM out lining my situation and explaining that I had no intention of selling
and would it be possible to reinstate my my holding to my portfolio, I got a prompt response
from SM, asking for my HIN number and the size of parcel.
He,SM, went out of his way to return my shares, and did so within a few days, I want
all holders to know that nothing was done underhanded, every thing over and
above board, anybody could have done same as I did, don't be slack with your paper
work, it could cost you big
I thanked SM for his effort and am more than happy with the response from
