First of all i would like to say that i think it was extremely unfair on long term holders who got their shares taken from them. If SEG had given them the option to sell them back to the company as unmarketable then that would have been good of them to do that, instead of just forcibly taking them. I know some people who post here who were very loyal and defended the company and SM along the long bumpy ride, only for them to do this to them. Just seems unfair on the people who supported the company through the rough moments.
