Shareholder approval is required if SEG want to do a CR within 12 months of the last one in Sept.17
They have utilised their 15% under listing rule 7.1 and 10% under listing rule 7.1A with the last CR, that's how I read it. Some one who knows more about this subject can correct me if I have erred
I doubt they will ask the shareholders for approval for a CR in the near future
