LTR is a very energised company...ticking all the boxes...amazing success not recognised by the market......they know their cash requirements and therefore the quantity shares and the price it could be struck at.The last cr was 111 million shares at 2.7 when the price was 3.0 cents...I would think the cr would be to SIs again...and would possibly be a greater amount as their programme is large...as it would be a lot of money for Tim Goyder to provide up front it would not be a shareholder cr...maybe with an SPP to go with it.There are a lot of family interests involved...all speculation...so wait and see.
