As I watched the share trading today it became apparent that a big shareholder is trying to get out at 2.5 cents...I suspect that Bridge Capital is facilitating the process by valuing LTR at 12.5 cents...possibly because LTR needs the SP supported at the CR raising price and it to be successful...ie no investor is going to take a position in a CR with a stock overhang happening...so deal with it before the CR and it is likely to run better after the CR...all imo.
